Sunil Dhane, the founder of our organization, comes from a farming background and holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Satara. He spent 10 years as a Branch Manager at ARC Ltd., where he developed strong expertise in logistics. In 2006, he established his own business. He has also been recognized for his contributions to the industry, holding significant positions within the Akhil Bharatiya Transport Association and the All India Motor Transport Congress. His primary objective is to deliver outstanding service to our customers. In addition to his professional achievements, he is actively involved in social work, is a passionate cyclist, and maintains a highly active lifestyle. He is also a three-time Super Randonneur and a two-time Half Ironman Triathlon finisher, reflecting his discipline and endurance.

Sushma Dhane is the Co-Founder of our company and wife of Sunil Dhane. She holds a BA degree from Satara and has been a key part of our growth and success, using her skills in operations and customer service to shape our journey. Her focus on doing things right and making customers happy has helped build our reputation. Sushma inspires our team with her passion and commitment, going above and beyond her role.
Vice President
Bhimrao Jadhav is the Vice President of the company with over 30 years of experience in the cargo, transport, and logistics industry, holding leadership roles at a Pan-India level. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Aurangabad and has worked with leading global logistics organizations including Speedage Cargo, TNT, and FedEx. He is a 21 km Maharashtra Marathon awardee and has received multiple national and global performance awards for operational excellence and leadership.

Samiksha Dhane serves as the General Manager of our organization. By profession, she is an Architect and holds a postgraduate degree in MBA (Logistics and Supply Chain Management).
